Two weeks ago I reported you about Seas0nPass, the jailbreak which is very similar to PwnageTool, and it could jailbreak Apple TV 2G but only for Mac OS X users. Firecore has just announced that Seas0nPass will come for Windows users between 1-2 weeks which will allow you to jailbreak Apple TV 2G iOS 4.2.1 on Windows.
