iOS 4.3 Beta Available for Download !

Apple has just pushed iOS 4.3 beta in the iOS Dev Center to developers. iOS 4.3 beta is available for both mobile devices and the Apple TV. Now we'll see what's new iOS 4.3? Personal hot spotfeature?
