iPhone 4S Just Has 512MB Of RAM

The developer behind Infinity Blade has claimed last week the the iPhone 4S still has a 512MB of RAM just like it’s predecessor the iPhone4. He would know better as they demoed their game on theiPhone 4S during the Keynote in the “Let’s Talk iPhone” event.

The claims above were considered to be inaccurate as we had previously had information claiming that the iPhone 4S will be coming with 1GB of RAM. And this information was from the sameMacRumors source that gave them the information about Apple’s assistant system so the source was very reliable.

iPhone 4S Confirmed To Have 512MB Of RAM

AppVV has confirmed the claims about the iPhone 4S having a 512MB Of RAM. This was confirmed by an administrator in a discussion thread and it’s also found in their Weibo page as a response for a question.
